The aim is to gain new professional insights, broaden their horizons and gain valuable international experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For apprentices, this means:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internships abroad lasting two weeks or more are possible.<\/li>\n<li>The stay takes place at a suitable European partner company and is closely linked to the training programme.<\/li>\n<li>Foreign language skills, independence and intercultural skills are specifically strengthened.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Such experiences not only enrich personal development, but also bring new perspectives and specialist particularly good example is our apprentice Athanasios (3rd year warehouse logistics specialist).<br \/>\nHe took part in an Erasmus+ internship abroad in Poland, where he gained valuable insights into international work processes.<\/p>\n<p>After completing his stay abroad, he was able to receive official recognition for his efforts \u2013 together with us \u2013 at the vocational college in Hagen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>Europass<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>and a <strong>certificate for international professional mobility.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both recognise his courage, openness and commitment to developing his skills beyond national borders.<\/p>\n<p>We as a company were also recognised in the process and can now officially call ourselves an <strong>Erasmus+ Ausbildungspartner<\/strong> .<br \/>\nWe are delighted that Athanasios took advantage of this opportunity and returned with so many positive impressions.<\/p>\n
