Now, she has taken the courageous decision to start something new and begin an apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator. We are delighted to see her taking on this new challenge and continuing to develop her career within our company.<\/p>\n                                        <\/div>\n                                    <\/div>\n                                <\/div>\n                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                                                <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n        \n<div id=\"text-gallery-video-block_25eebd756e61bf83b4f20e43c1eae895\" class=\"text-gallery-video alignment-right company\" >\n    <section>\n        <div class=\"container position-relative\">\n                                                        <div class=\"text-wrapper\">\n                                                                                                                                                <div class=\"row\">\n                                    <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-8 offset-lg-3\">\n                                        <div class=\"text\">\n                                            <p>Together with our more experienced apprentices <strong>Madleen, Phillip, Mika, Finn and Arda<\/strong>who are now in their second or third year of training \u2013 and our two trainers <strong>Pauline and Lukas <\/strong>they spent an exciting and varied day together.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside getting to know each other, the day also gave our new apprentices the opportunity to learn more about the company, our different departments and the processes behind our products. We encourage them to stay curious, show initiative and motivation, and make the most of every opportunity they are given during their training.<\/p>\n<p>We are proud to continue training our future skilled professionals in-house and supporting them throughout their journey.<\/p>\n<p>We wish our new apprentices a fantastic start and every success in the years ahead. To those entering their second year, we wish you continued success, exciting challenges and plenty of new experiences.
