Today, we’re celebrating a colleague who has been part of addi for 35 years: our dear Brigitta. To mark her anniversary, we’re looking back on her journey through our company – and saying a heartfelt thank you.

It all began with working from home. Brigitta packed our beautiful needles, making sure each one went into the right packaging. She then moved into advertising. Her next chapter took her to our in-house print shop, “Eindruck”, before she returned to advertising. Later, she joined our shipping department, where she mainly picked orders for our own-label ranges.

For us, an apprenticeship is about much more than simply learning a profession. We want our apprentices to develop personally and professionally, take responsibility, discover their strengths and show what they are capable of. We encourage them to stay curious, show initiative and motivation, and make the most of every opportunity they are given during their training.

We are proud to continue training our future skilled professionals in-house and supporting them throughout their journey.

We wish our new apprentices a fantastic start and every success in the years ahead. To those entering their second year, we wish you continued success, exciting challenges and plenty of new experiences. And for those starting their third and final year, the finishing line is getting closer: we wish you determination, success and a strong finish over the coming months.

We are looking forward to another great year together – stay curious, show us what you can do and make the most of every opportunity!

Dear addi partners,

Unfortunately, our company name with full address is obviously being misused and used for undesirable purposes.

So please ignore the spam mails. We would never request this without prior consultation with you.

And please do not reply to the email.

We are sorry that such fraudulent e-mails are being sent under our name. They do not originate from our company.

Thank you for your understanding

Of course, all members of the Ökoprofit team by addi are aware that it takes a lot of patience to change behaviors and that technical or local conditions can sometimes cause failure, but this does not detract from their commitment.

The awareness of thinking about future generations and showing personal commitment to this is the basis for the successful implementation of the project.

As a manufacturer of high-quality addi needles, knitting needles, and crochet hooks, we know that there are people behind our products. That’s why at addi, we create an environment that provides our employees with flexibility, trust, and support in their day-to-day work.

Receiving this award once again shows that family-friendliness at addi is not just a claim, but a corporate culture we actively practice. We are very proud of that.
