- Confidence in our own production:The high durability and quality of our products make this long warranty possible.
- Valid for all needles and accessories:The warranty covers the entire range of knitting and crochet needles and accessories.
- Additional security for customers:If something does go wrong, there is a reliable complaints procedure.
- Extension also for knitting machines:Here, the warranty has been increased to 5 years.

With our 10-year guarantee, we make a promise to our customers that comes naturally to us: we stand behind the quality of our products, even many years after purchase.
In principle, our guarantee covers defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.
It does not cover damage that is clearly the result of excessive force, improper handling, or use outside the product's intended purpose, for example if a dog has chewed it.
Changes that are not caused by a product defect for which we are responsible may also be excluded from the guarantee. These can include certain age-related or wear-related changes to materials, such as soft-touch handles becoming sticky over time or PU cases beginning to deteriorate. However, we assess each case individually and with discretion. Not every complaint can be neatly categorised. That is why we actively support retailers with warranty and complaint cases and, in many instances, handle the assessment ourselves.
