Data loss with addi2go app Android update
An update to the addi2go Android app resulted in the loss of data from some users' projects.

Dear addi2go users,
Unfortunately, a recently released update to our app has resulted in some users losing data in their project folder if it had not been backed up beforehand. We were not aware of this issue beforehand and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We will get back to you with a solution as soon as the problem has been technically resolved by the programmer. Please keep the app on your smartphone and wait for our response.
If you have not yet performed the update: Please back up your project folder beforehand as a precaution. We recommend regular data backups, e.g., to your own cloud, to avoid data loss.
An update for your addi2go app will follow shortly. It will ensure that you can see all the content of the app again at any time in the future and also includes some new features.
