The long lace tip is perfect for knitting stitches together in one go and for very fine yarns. The special Unicorn structure makes knitting even more magical.
What are "lace" tips?
"Lace" means fine and therefore describes extra long and thin tapered knitting needle tips, which are particularly suitable for fine and fanned yarns. Knitting several stitches together is also easier with lace tips than with shorter and rounder "basic tips".
addiClick Lace – Short or Long?
The interchangeable addiClick needle sets are available with many different tips, lengths and made of different materials. The difference between the "Lace Long" and "Lace Short" Click cases lies in the length of the individual needle tips.
Lace Long tips measures 125 mm and therefore correspond to the needle tip length of a classic circular knitting needle (from 60 cm). Due to their length, they fit well in the hand and are particularly suitable for larger knitting projects in rounds or rows.
Lace Short tips measures 90 mm and therefore correspond to a needle tip length of a short circular needle (less than 60 cm). If you want to knit smaller diameters with shorter cords, long tips would be too long and you would not be able to create a round. The short tips offer less support, especially for large hands, but are particularly suitable for medium-sized diameters such as hats, sleeves or baby clothes.
Classic circular or with structure?
The classic circular knitting needles with an extremely smooth white bronzed metal surface are an absolute classic that is suitable for almost every yarn and every knitter.

The square needle tips with rounded edges and structured surface ensure good ergonomics when knitting, even under high demands. Knitting enthusiasts with osteoarthritis or other diseases of the hands and muscles will also get their money’s worth, because the new needles fit well in the hand and can be held effortlessly.
addiUnicorn - for magical knitting moments
The elegant, spiral structure of the Unicorn tips also massages the hands when knitting, but is less pronounced. The Unicorn needle tips are round and fitted with pink-colored cords.
