Was sind „Lace“ Spitzen?
„Lace“ bedeutet fein und beschreibt damit extra lang und dünn zulaufende Stricknadelspitzen, die sich besonders für feine und gefächerte Garne eignen. Auch das Zusammenstricken mehrerer Maschen ist mit Lace-Spitzen einfacher als mit kürzeren und runderen „Basic-Spitzen“.
addiClick Lace – Short or Long?
Die austauschbaren addiClick Nadelsets gibt es mit vielen verschiedenen Spitzen, Längen und aus unterschiedlichen Materialien. Der unterschied zwischen den Click-Etuis „Lace Long“ und Lace Short“ liegt in der Länge der einzelnen Nadelspitzen.
Lace Long tips measures 125 mm and therefore correspond to the needle tip length of a classic circular knitting needle (from 60 cm). Due to their length, they fit well in the hand and are particularly suitable for larger knitting projects in rounds or rows.
Lace Short tips measures 90 mm and therefore correspond to a needle tip length of a short circular needle (less than 60 cm). If you want to knit smaller diameters with shorter cords, long tips would be too long and you would not be able to create a round. The short tips offer less support, especially for large hands, but are particularly suitable for medium-sized diameters such as hats, sleeves or baby clothes.
Classic circular or with structure?
The classic circular knitting needles with an extremely smooth white bronzed metal surface are an absolute classic that is suitable for almost every yarn and every knitter.

The elegant, spiral structure of the Unicorn tips also massages the hands when knitting, but is less pronounced. The Unicorn needle tips are round and fitted with pink-colored cords.
