addi delivery times
Dear addi customers,
of course, we are looking forward to many new orders. Of course, we are very grateful that you give so much confidence in the quality of the addi needles and for entrusting us with market shares. And of course, we do everything to offer you the best service.
Unfortunately, however, this cannot be achieved at the moment in terms of delivery times.
Our suppliers for the raw material themselves have long since fallen into arrears, so that we are currently unable to produce some of our sizes.
A major wave of influenza has reached North Rhine-Westphalia and unfortunately also hit a number of our employees.
New machines do not arrive until autumn, as they cannot be built faster. And the flood of orders continues.
Nevertheless, we do not give up and continue to work around the clock and on weekends, so that we don’t have to strain your patience even further.
We are currently getting a software adaptation that helps us to make our planning more reliable. We’re expecting some of that.
We regret it very much that you have to suffer, but assure you that we are suffering, too!
