addiZubi trainee day 2024
Solving puzzles to get to know the company and colleagues – in the last week, our addi apprentices spent a day getting to know the company, their colleagues and hidden corners of the building.
Do you know how many machines are needed to process brass tubes for the first time? These tubes are used to make our circular knitting needles.
From hidden messages in PowerPoint presentations in marketing to word puzzles hidden behind doors in the work preparation, there were a few puzzles to solve.
After a successful introductory day with tricky team tasks devised by trainers Pauline and Lukas, the trainees at addi can now call themselves addiZubis and are proud owners of personalised T-shirts. No, they didn't have to prove their knitting and crochet skills. Maybe next year? 😉

They complete their training with us as industrial clerks, warehouse specialist, machine and plant operators, and toolmakers.
