Employer of the Future
We are delighted to have received the “Employer of the Future” award from the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND).
This confirms our approach of combining tradition with innovation and creating a working environment that focuses on cooperation, responsibility, and further development.

addi has been named “Employer of the Future” by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND).
This award is given to companies that actively address the challenges of digital transformation and sustainable development while fostering a modern, employee-oriented corporate culture.
The evaluation was carried out in a two-stage review process, in which criteria such as digitalization, innovative strength, sustainability, and employee leadership were analyzed.
For us, the result is confirmation of our ongoing work to create an environment that promotes people, gives ideas space to flourish, and shapes the future.

We do not see this award as an end in itself, but as motivation to continue on this path – with a love for knitting and crochet needles made in Germany, a sense of responsibility, and an eye to the future.
