Welcome to addi - our new apprentices get off to a flying start
On August 20, 2025, it was that time again: addi held this year's apprentice day—a day dedicated to getting to know each other, exchanging ideas, and starting a new training year together.

Our trainers Pauline and Lukas warmly welcomed all new and existing trainees and introduced the company in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to organizational information, the focus was on the topics that are particularly important to us at addi: our corporate culture, our values and our mission statement.Of course, we also took a look at the organizational chart - after all, it is important to understand how we work together as a team.
To make our new trainees feel welcome right away, they were given a full addi bag with lots of useful surprises and a welcome folder to help them get started.
We are delighted to welcome four new trainees to our company this year:
- Madleen – Apprenticeship as media designer
- Mika – Apprenticeship as industrial clerk
- Arda - Apprenticeship as industrial mechanic
- Tidjan - Training as a machine and plant operator

Those who learn at addi are actively involved in shaping the company - and grow not only professionally but also personally.
With a total of nine trainees almost 10% of our workforce now belong to the addiPrentice family - a record for us! And a clear sign that we are investing in the future and training our skilled workers of tomorrow ourselves.
Because we are convinced that anyone who learns at addi actively helps to shape the future - and not only grows professionally, but also personally.
We wish Madleen, Mika, Arda and Tidjan a great first year and our experienced trainees continued success. Make the most of the opportunity you have here, get involved, have the courage to try new things - and stay curious.
We look forward to accompanying you all on your journey and shaping the future of addi together with you.
