This is how the SIHK zu Hagen describes its cross-mentoring programme, in which our technical project manager Lukas Kirmes and managing director Claudia Malcus took part.
Cross mentoring - a framework for professional development, professionalisation and exchange, an offer from agentur mark GmbH and the SIHK zu HagenThe programme has been available to companies in the region since 2022.
Our technical project manager Lukas Kirmes was accompanied for a year by an external mentor who answered his questions on leadership from her experience with him.
In return, Managing Director Claudia Malcus mentored a young woman who also wanted to learn from someone else's experience.
It was a successful and exciting year of collaboration for both of them in their tandems.
