Unknown persons are apparently using our contact details to send e-mails. Unfortunately, we do not have access to these people, as this is data being stolen from one of our partners.
For several weeks now, fraudulent e-mails have been sent at random - allegedly in our name - and we have received many e-mails and phone calls with queries.
If you receive such an e-mail enquiry, we urge you not to respond to it. Please delete the message immediately and do not take any further action. If your industry has no connection with our production of knitting needles and crochet hooks, you can assume that the e-mail is fraudulent and delete it immediately.
