Training and developing junior staff is important to us. That is why we at addi have been training industrial clerks for decades and have also been training machine and plant operators for some time.
Many of our former trainees are now an integral part of our team.
In the future, we will expand our offer for training as a tool mechanic or industrial mechanic.
On August 1st 2018 3 young people started their careers at addi again. Sarah Mischnick becomes an industrial clerk and Pia Niederschlag and Yavuz Karadag joins the team of machine and plant operators.
The instructors Torsten Neef and Claudia Malcus are looking forward to an exciting future with the 3 trainees.
