The addiCalibro wooden needle measure for crochet hooks and knitting needles with ruler

The longer needle measure is suitable for knitting and crochet needles and due to its length with the integrated ruler, it has an additional benefit.

The dimensioning starts at the very bottom of the rounding. Therefore, it is also ideal for simply measuring the length of the shaft or foot. The length of the linal of 24 cm is sufficient for the usual specifications and lengths for socks. Sock charts off. However, it is not a sock ruler with measurements.

Wooden needle measure for square knitting needles

The needle gauge in the shape of a sock not only measures round knitting needles, but also square ones like our addiNovel series. To do this, push the square knitting needle all the way back into the tip of the needle gauge.

Tip: As the circumference of a circle with the same diameter is larger than that of a square, the addiNovel should always be selected in the next needle size up. For example, if the instructions say to use a 3.0 mm needle, we recommend using a 3.5 mm addiNovel. This will especially please those who often have to use very small needle sizes due to a very loose knitting pattern. Please note that this is a recommendation based on the experience of many knitters. However, it ultimately depends on your own technique. We recommend making a stitch test in any case.

Tip: The sock has the foot shape of a baby sock, approx. in size 18 and can thus also be used as a small baby sock stretcher.
