The red cord colour characterises our needles with Lace tips. Red cords are therefore included in all addiClick Lace sets. They can also be used with all other addiClick tips.

The red addiClick Lace ropes from 40 cm are the ideal accessories for our short addiClick Short tips (Short 90 mm each). The rope lengths from 60 cm can be combined with the long tips (Long 125 mm each) as well as with the short tips. Long points combined with a very short cable cannot be knitted in the round because the points are too long for a comfortable stance. Therefore, for knitting small diameters such as hats or sleeves, we recommend our addiClick Short points.
The red cords with silver-colored connector ends are included as standard in every addiClick Lace set. Two cords can be connected to each other via a connector - for extra large knitting projects or to try on the knitted fabric in between.
Without additional tools such as screws or spanners, the tips and cords can be connected to each other simply by turning and clicking. The addiClick connection holds securely after clicking into place - the typical "click" - and loosening during knitting is prevented.
The cord length indicates the total length of the knitting needle with tips (125 mm each), as with a fixed circular knitting needle. Therefore, the cord length with short tips (90 mm each) is slightly shorter than the value and without tip is the cord length:
