Finishing
Tip
Briefly steam the finished knitted parts, this facilitates further finishing. For the front and back pieces, sew 2 rectangles together in mattress stitch, close the shoulder seams 9 cm on both sides.
Sew on sleeves in stitch, close side and underarm seams in mattress stitch.

Matress Stitch
- Place the edges you want to join side by side in parallel, face up.
- Using a wool needle or blunt embroidery needle, capture the cross thread between the edge stitch and the 1st stitch.
-
Pull the thread through. On the opposite side, also pick up the cross thread between the edge stitch and the 1st stitch and pull the thread through.
-
Repeat this alternately on one side and the other.
Once you have joined approximately 2 cm like this, tighten the thread you are working with. The knitted pieces will join together seamlessly.
