Fit at addi – our addi program for well-being and energy!
What began as a bold initiative is now entering its second year and has become an integral part of our company!

Our boss had a clear vision: move away from defining health in terms of ailments and toward an active, energetic attitude toward life. Because let's be honest, how often do we hear someone enthusiastically say, “I feel great, I'm in top shape!”? Far too rarely, we thought!
That's exactly why we at addi, in collaboration with the local studio mn fitnesslounge , have created a versatile program that comes directly to addi. No more excuses, bring on the energy!
What's it all about?
It's about feeling good, being full of energy, and starting every day with a smile—true to the motto: “I feel good, I'm fit!”
This is what we do at addi:
- Keynote speeches: Knowledge is the first step toward change! We learn exciting facts about topics such as stress management and mental strength.
- Nutritional advice: Pizza, fries, pasta? All delicious, but how about a little more power on your plate? Our experts show us how we can optimize our diet with simple measures. But there's still a little chocolate at addi!

- Pain therapy & massages: Feeling tense from sitting at your desk all day? Or are you feeling sore after trying to catch the last bus? We give our employees at addi some time off and let the fitness pros whip them back into shape.
- Gymnastic exercises: Whether for your back, neck, or just for general well-being, our short exercise sessions are perfect for an active break in between. Some departments have already developed real rituals here—even coffee breaks become mini-workouts or the daily morning round in administration.

At first, the response was perhaps a little cautious—many colleagues probably viewed the gym at addi with a wink. But the positive development is undeniable! More and more colleagues are taking advantage of the offerings, exchanging ideas, and motivating each other. It's great to see how an idea has turned into a vibrant movement that is making us all fitter, more energetic, and, above all, happier.
Because at the end of the day, it's not just about not having any illnesses. It's about feeling good, being full of energy, and starting every day with a smile—true to the motto: “I feel good, I'm fit!”
