The cornerstone of the successful addiCraSyTrio line. The new way to knit socks. With this unique double-pointed needle with 21cm length, each with a basic tip and a lace tip, even the smallest of diameters can be knitted effortlessly. The stitches are on the flexible cable, meaning they don’t fall off. The set consists of three needles and was developed by Sylvie Rasch.

The smallest of the trios is particularly suitable for smaller hands and lovers of short needle tips

addiCraSyTrio Short - Ideal for knitting small diameters such as socks and cuffs

addiCraSyTrio is available in different lengths, either short (21 and 24 cm) or long (26 and 30 cm).

The addiCraSyTrio Short and Short Bamboo with a length of 21 and 24 cm are particularly suitable for knitting socks, baby socks, gloves and cuffs. They are ideal for diameters up to approx. 12 cm.

Also with the addiCraSyTrio Long in lighter needle sizes the Novel and Unicorn needles, socks can also be knitted. Due to the 30 cm length of the needles, they are also suitable for techniques with many stitches distributed on the needles, e.g. for an increase heel, knitting two socks in parallel or for particularly large socks.

Thanks to their flexibility, the addiCraSyTrios adapt to the shape of your hand and they will find their place.

For small hands in particular, however, a longer needle can also be unwieldy, e.g. when knitting baby socks.

Therefore, for small hands and small diameters like socks, we recommend the classic addiCraSyTrio Short (metal). It is approx. 21 cm long - each tip measures approx. 85 mm.

For larger works such as beanies, the classic addiCraSyTrio Long made of metal is an intermediate size for small hands - with a total length of 26 cm. The other long versions measure approx. 30 cm.

Knitting with the addiCraSyTrio - for whom are Trios particularly suitable?
