Pauline Dörr has actually always been part of the addi team – she was already on the company's premises every day during the pregnancy of her mother, Claudia Malcus (managing director).
As a child, she posed as an angel for knitting needles and as a model for posters. And so, how could it be otherwise, she started at addi.

Student trainee and assistant to the management
It all began as a trainee student. Pauline Dörr worked in the company alongside her bachelor's degree to gain practical experience to supplement her studies.
With her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she started working part-time at addi in 2021 as an assistant to the management and has been actively supporting her mother Claudia Malcus ever since.

In February 2025, she passed her Master's in Business & Management and has every reason to be proud of herself for achieving this goal alongside her job, in an online course and in a super time.
