40 Years at addi—Claudia Malcus Celebrates her Anniversary
On August 1, 1986, Claudia Malcus began her apprenticeship at addi. Four decades later, she stands at the helm of the company—a remarkable journey filled with dedication, passion, and success.
Claudia Malcus (Managing Director and owner of Gustav Selter GmbH & Co. KG, better known as “addi”) has been closely associated with addi for decades. Her career began in 1986 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Selter. Over the years, she worked in nearly every division of the company, developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its processes.
In 2020, she officially took over the management from her husband, Thomas Selter, and has been leading the family business into the next generation ever since.
With her many years of experience, her deep connection to the company, and her eye for innovation, she is actively shaping the future of addi.
